The Grapefruit Diet
The Grapefruit Diet has been
around since the 1930s and is also known as the Hollywood Diet. It
regained popularity in the 1970s and was distributed through xerox
copies. Supporters claim that you can lose 10 lbs in a 12 day
period. This is a quick weight loss diet and is certainly not
a lifestyle or longterm diet. If you want to continue past 12
days, take a 2 day rest before continuing. Some believe that there are
special properties of the grapefruit and when eaten in combination with
these foods you will lose weight.

diet

grapefruit that when combined with certain foods will cause the body to
burn fat. However, exactly what this substance or how it
works no one seems to know.
